What does that mean?

I make appointments, manage medical records and get authorizations for all testing ordered. I manage all the patient charts. Also, it is my voice you will hear on your voicemail reminding you about upcoming appointments.

When should patients call you?

Anytime! Patients should call me if they have questions about their file or insurance. I can also help you with your diagnostic imaging needs.

What is the best part of your day?

My favorite part of my day is helping the patients that are struggling with pain and hearing them say how much better they are after our docs have helped them.
