Surgical Coordinator & Patient Concierge Specialist
What does that mean?
I make appointments, manage medical records and get authorizations for all testing ordered. I manage all the patient charts. Also, it is my voice you will hear getting in touch with you to schedule surgeries.
When should patients call you?
Anytime! Patients should call me if they have questions about their file or insurance. I am best at helping with surgery scheduling with Dr. Konakondla and Dr. Telfeian.
How many years of experience do you have?
More than 20 years.
What is the best part of your day?
I love helping patients get better. I work from the heart. I care first and that's what allows me to do the job to the best of my ability.
